Recently Beaman Realty held their annual Christmas Brunch at Gaston's Restaurant. Beaman Realty has been hosting this delicious brunch for 18 years, and this year their guests of honor was their 2008 customers. To further disect the current market analysis for both towns is as follows:
There were 34 homes sold in Bull Shoals for a total volume $3,752,800.00 with an average price of $110,376.00. The average time on the market for the town of Bull Shoals was 163 days.
There were 47 homes sold in the Lakeview area for a total volume of $5,567,450.00 with an average price of $118,456.00. The average time on the market for the town of Lakeview was 130 days.
